A Typical Day at the Kindergarten

8:00 – 8:25 AM: Arrival
Children arrive and settle freely in the classroom play areas. This is a gentle transition between home and school.
8:30 – 9:00 AM: Circle time
Morning rituals: roll call, calendar, weather, and song of the day. A collective moment that structures the day.
9:00 – 11:00 AM: Directed workshops
Rotation between language, mathematics, arts, and motor skills workshops. Teachers work in small groups.
11:00 – 11:30 AM: Recess
Free play in the courtyard of our partner school Sunrise Montessori.
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Lunch
Balanced meals prepared on-site with fresh ingredients.
12:30 – 2:30 PM: Nap / Quiet time
Nap for the youngest, quiet activities for older children.
2:30 – 3:30 PM: Immersion workshops
Chinese sessions or English initiation according to the weekly schedule.
3:30 PM: School ends
No classes on Wednesday afternoons.
